Since we were established in 1888, Rayners have been using traditional methods to manufacture high-quality garden buildings. Based in Godalming, we supply and fit garden buildings to locations in the south of England including local towns like Farnham, Guildford and Woking.
We manufacture a wide range of bespoke conservatories in both cedarwood and European redwood for customers who generally live in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the south of England.
All of our conservatories are individually designed and manufactured to meet our customers’ specific requirements and to complement and enhance the site location.
Conservatory designs can include various styles from the simple lean-to structure to the intricate multi-faceted style incorporating a combination of shapes and features.
The walls of our conservatories are manufactured using cedarwood or European redwood timber joinery. They can either be fully glazed from floor level, or part glazed on a brick base, or block work and rendered base, to sill height.
We generally glaze our custom-made conservatories using clear glass double glazed sealed units. The timber joinery is either hand treated with wood preservative or hand painted in a colour of your choice.
Conservatory roofs are generally manufactured using a system of patent aluminium glazing bars with a heat applied painted finish, available in a choice of colours. Again, these are generally glazed with clear or tinted glass double glazed sealed units.
We are able to undertake any site preparation, foundations, base works and brickwork that may be required, as well as provide a quotation for electrical and heating installations, and floor finishes.
